Sickiepoopoo Bieler’s Broth

Hey guys, I discovered how to make Bieler’s when you’re not feelin’ so hot!

I came up with these ridiculous (yet highly effective 😉) instructions when I was sickiepoopoo and am leaving it in its original state, just for fun.

This recipe is shared with a wink and a smile.

And yes, it’s a real recipe.

I adapted this from my original ever so slight adaptation of Dr. Henry G Bieler’s soup that’s said to increase alkalinity, promote detox and supply much needed vitamins and minerals.

This one you may be able to manage when you’re not at your best.

Or hey, maybe someone you love will make it for you. Wouldn’t that be grand?

PS I’m *SO* glad I did this. I’d forgotten how delicious it is, and each time I drink it, it comes with a dose of “I am healing. This is nourishing me. I am receiving vitamins and minerals” energy.

. . . . . . . . .

Sickiepoopoo Bieler’s Broth Recipe

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 or 3 stalks celery
  • 1 cup green beans
  •  1 handful fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

As long as you’re not TOO too sick, do this.

Instructions:

Chop no veggies.
Remove no stems or hard bits.
Chop or crush or dice no garlic.
Add 1 tsp ghee, by the way. Or coconut oil. You do you.

  • 1 tsp ghee or somethin’ you like, fat-wise
  • 2 cups purified water

Put everything into a big, huge, deep pan with, yeah, 2 cups water.

Bring to a boil for a sec then reduce to low and go lie down for an hour or two.

Or three.

But put a timer on your phone so ya don’t forget ya gots stuff on the stove.

When a fork can go through the zucchini, turn off heat and let it cool. Go lie down again. Kitchen floor is ok. Couch maybe. Bed is best.

When you have slept sufficiently much and by the way soup is not so hot anymore, consider whether or not you want to put it into a blender til it turns creamy.

If you do, it will be great. If you don’t, don’t stress. There’s always tomorrow.

You’re doin’ awesome! 🤗

PS You can enjoy this warm or cold. I like to drink it in a mug gazpacho-style straight from the fridge cuz, ya know, less pots ‘n stovetops ‘n things.

This recipe warms my heart and is even better than the porridge me and mama and papa bear eat everyday!
