Gingered bartlett pear with melted goat brie recipe
- 1 red bartlett pear, sliced
- 4 Le Pain des Fleurs Crispbread, Ancient Grain (or Kamut Cakes or Riz & Rice Cakes)
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1 dusting ginger
- 1/2 round goat brie
- 1 dab coconut oil
Melt brie in frying pan on low heat with a dab of coconut oil and serve on crispbread. Arrange pear on brie, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and ginger. Enjoy!
