Mango Maqui ItaliaNice

I’ve been really enjoying baby food lately. (No baby required.)

When Mr. Pain rolls up in his purple Maserati, it’s cool to have a few tricks up your sleeve. Things you can make that are super simple and low energy.

Take this dessert. It’s easy.

Even so, if y’read through the directions and your brain went, “Uh, nuh.”

(As in, “No way am I getting out a bowl and mixing anything together and whatever else it is that you said to do after that.”)

No problem!

Stock your shelves with jars of baby food, especially any fruit puree that also has bananas in it. (Bananas make the texture nice ‘n smooth.)

Pop one into the freezer the night before (or for at least a few hours) and you’re good to go.

Mango banana is a fave of mine.

Either way, snuggle under the covers and enjoy a little healthy treat. You deserve it!

  • 1 pkg (1 1/2 tbsp) Tropical Mango Amara Organic Baby Food or 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1 pkg (2 tsp) Apple-Maqui Berry Amara Organic Baby Food or 1/2 cup apple or berry puree
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water (omit water if using puree)
  • (optional, for garnish) banana and mulberries

In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. In cup, stir all wet ingredients together. Whisk wet into dry, til smooth.

Spoon into small bowl and freeze overnight or a few hours.

Before serving, move to fridge to soften for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with bananas and mulberries. Enjoy!
