Ooooooh oooooh! This one is so exciting to me cuzza the smooth, creamy chewiness.

Some of the cravable stuff that isn’t quite the best for me involves this same sort of chewy thing. I swear if you hit on the right texture, your taste buds cheer. Mine are *so* doing that right now!

Then your body doesn’t keep looking for the “bad” stuff, it’s happy with this. What a cool thing!

And bonus, it’s sooooooo easy! (You know I love that!)

. . . . . . . . .

Honey Taffy Recipe

  • 2 tbsp + 2 tsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • Parchment paper
  • Uh, that’s it!

In a little bowl, blend ingredients together with a spoon. Pop into the freezer for a few minutes to harden as you cut up the parchment paper into 2 or 3″ squares. Plop a rounded teaspoon of taffy onto the middle of each parchment square and roll up, twisting the ends. Freeze overnight (or at least an hour) and enjoy!
